We are expanding our team and looking for an English-speaking specialist who can work with clients, perform translations, conduct online communication and support lead generation processes.

What you will do
Your tasks will not be limited to translation — the role includes communication, research and interaction with potential clients.
Core responsibilities:
- Communicating with potential clients in English via social networks and messengers.
- Writing and managing business correspondence.
- Maintaining and updating client databases.
- Conducting online research and gathering contact information.
- Searching for client companies on Google and other platforms.
- Supporting lead generation: identifying leads, collecting contact details, preparing information for the sales team.
- Scheduling calls and assisting the sales department.
- Working with the CRM system.
- Proactively suggesting ideas to improve processes.
Requirements
- English proficiency B1+ or higher.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain business conversations.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Discipline, attentiveness and analytical thinking.
- Basic understanding of how to search for information online.
- Interest in developing from a lead generator into a Sales or Account Manager.
Will be an advantage
- Experience communicating with foreign clients.
- Previous work with CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of IT, marketing, web development or digital services.

- 15:00–24:00 (1-hour break)
