What You're Going to Work With:
Communications, Contacts, Databases, Posts, Tasks, Appointments, Calendars, Documents, Travels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post Visuals: Create and schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business.
- Track Tasks: Ensure the timely completion of various assignments using Notion and Google Sheets.
- Initiate Communications: Handle email and social media interactions via Gmail and social platforms.
- Manage Contacts: Organize and update connections in CRM and other databases.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinating meetings through Google Calendar.
- Synchronize Calendars: Align multiple timetable to streamline daily tasks and deadlines.
- Organize Documents: Manage files using Google Docs and Sheets.
- Coordinate Travels: Organize arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Search Databases: Maintain information across different platforms, ensuring accurate records.
Tool Set You’re Expected to Work With:
Gmail, ChatGPT, Google Docs, CRM systems, Notion, Google Sheets, Google Search Console, Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, Google Calendar.
